FLUIDCHEM’s range of Needle Valves are available in bar stock round and square body design type with Screwed (BSP / NPT), Socket Weld, Butt Weld and Flanged End Connection. Our Needle Valves are similar in design and operation to a globe valve. Instead of a plug, a needle valve has a long tapered point at the end of its stem. The long taper of the valve element permits a much smaller seating surface area than that of the globe valve; therefore, the needle valve is more suitable as a throttle valve.

Our Needle Valves are available in various materials like SS202, SS304, SS316, SS304L, SS316L and others. They are available with different End Connection Options like NPT, BSP-F, Socket Weld , Butt Weld, Tube Fitting With Straight and Angle Pattern. Needle valves are used to control the end of a work cycle, where it is desirable for motion to be brought slowly to a halt, and at other points where precise adjustments of flow are necessary and where a small rate of flow is desired. All our valves are 100% Factory Tested.
