Founder and CMD :- Mr. Najeeb Hava

Mr. Najeeb Hava is the Founder Chairman and Managing Director of FLUIDCHEM Valves (I) Pvt Ltd. He pioneered the Valve maintenance market in India, creating a completely new industry segment by introducing In-Situ Valve Grinding and Lapping Machines in the Indian market in late 80s.

Mr. Najeeb Hava has played a leadership role in nurturing FLUIDCHEM and building it into a leading player in valve maintenance field. At FLUIDCHEM he is responsiblefor new product development, design and expansion. He is the principal guiding force of the technical side of the company. With more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing In-Situ Valve Grinding & Lapping Machine and Industrial Valves, Mr. Hava is a force to acknowledge within the Valve Industry.

Head-Marketing & Sales :- Mr. Azhar Hava

Mr. Azhar Hava has graduated from Mumbai University with Post Graduation in Marketing and Management Studies. His career in the valve industry began in 2007 as a Sr. Manager- Sales (Western Region-Domestic), moving on to become Domestic Sales Head by 2011. His imperil in all India level and thorough knowledge in marketing made him the Head of the Marketing Department catering to the entire range of Portable Valve Maintenance Equipment and Industrial Valves.

In October 2014, Mr. Azhar took over the responsibility of marketing all FLUIDCHEM make products across the globe, handling both domestic and international market successfully. He continues to hold this position today. He also provides technical on-site demonstration of Portable Valve Maintenance Equipment to clients.

Head-Valve Maintenance Services :- Mr. Naved Hava

Mr. Naved Hava has been with FLUIDCHEM since 2011. He is the Head of Valve Maintenance Business (Onsite and Offsite) for FLUIDCHEM. In the 5 years that Mr. Naved has been with FLUIDCHEM, he has held numerous positions throughout the company. He is dynamic, self-motivator,go-getter who always thinks the impossible is possible and always is ready to accept new challenges. In addition to providing on-site valve maintenance expertise for a plant’s turnaround or urgent requirements, Mr. Naved works with our customers to establish service solutions that enhance a plant’s total performance.

Since joining Mr. Naved Hava has also spearheaded various initiatives to improve product standardization, testing facilities and also introduced new documentation methods within the company. Mr. Naved has also done certified course in ISNT (Indian Society of Non-Destructive Testing).
